Huddersfield Town Foundation is proud to announce the most anticipated event of the year, Fizz Friday. This fun-filled afternoon of entertainment, camaraderie, and community spirit promises an unforgettable experience that combines charity, joy, and local engagement in the run-up to Christmas.
On Friday 24th November, the event will take place at the iconic John Smith’s Stadium. Guiding guests through the day’s proceedings is none other than the award-winning BBC Presenter and journalist, Charlotte Leeming. Her charismatic presence and energy are sure to add an extra layer of excitement to the event.
With doors opening at 10:30 AM, guests will have the chance to explore the array of pop-up shops hosted by local businesses. From the unique gift haven of Hudson Belle to the refreshing delights of Magic Rock Lager, The Body Shop’s skincare indulgence, and the irresistible offerings of The Yorkshire Chocolate Co. – There’ll be plenty of choices for Christmas shopping.
For entertainment, the Motownella’s, a sensational trio, will transport people back in time with their Motown melodies and dazzling choreography. Magical magician Luke Lenihan, renowned for his spellbinding tricks showcased on Britain’s Got Talent, will leave guests awe-struck with his jaw-dropping illusions. And Spin 36TY Booth has generously donated their services to capture the festivities.
Guests will also be able to hear directly from the people who have benefited from the Foundation’s invaluable work and the impact of support firsthand, as beneficiaries and dedicated staff share their personal journeys, demonstrating the profound difference contributions make in the community.
During the sit-down lunch, guests will enjoy the company of like-minded individuals who are equally committed to fostering positive change. There will also be fundraising games, raffle prizes and a silent auction.

The funds that we raise directly go to helping the Foundation carry on projects such as our Breakfast Clubs which have now been delivered for over 10 years.”
