Huddersfield’s Stadium Runners are launching a brand new ‘Give Running a Go’ programme this summer, offering free coaching to encourage more Huddersfield folk to take up running.

The sessions, which are free, are led by a UK Athletics qualified running coach, supported by Run Leaders.
‘Give Running a Go’ is ideal for anyone new to running, or who hasn’t run for a while but is keen to get back into their running shoes. It’s a great opportunity for new or returning runners to get out and about, meet people, get a bit healthier, and it’s also a great way to support your mental health.
The ‘Give Running a Go’ sessions are an hour-long, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, on Monday evenings at Leeds Road Sports Complex.
The sessions will run weekly from 9th May to 27th June and will be a way to build your strength, develop your endurance and improve your confidence in running.
Places on the programme are limited and can be booked via the Run Together website for Stadium Runners, you can book here.
So go on, why not Give Running a Go?
